Rotary wave solder pallet featuring stainless steel bars that were made using wire EDM.
These allow the customer to solder 100’s of gold contacts in position within +- .001”. Critical connector heights were also established.
The Wave Solder Pallet can be adjusted to any angle to get the best solder flow for that assembly.
