Silicone chips are wire bonded to the PCB.
- The unit is coated with MB-CPC, our proprietary coating that prevents dust particles from the PCB in a cleanroom environment.
- The carrier also acts as a shipping carrier for expensive, delicate PCBs.
- The PCBs never have to be handled which reduces the risk of damage.
This version has the added feature of a clamp that raises over the board, then snaps down into position, preventing PCB edge damage.
