The Surface Mount Carrier for Screen Printing through Reflow shown here comes with a removable hold down bars.
All hardware is captive. Spring loaded plungers on this SMT carrier can be locked in a retracted position, and then lowered onto the SMT device after the crossbars are attached preventing the risk of tilting components.
