The Smart Adjustable can be customized to your precise needs. In this example, the outside frame rails have a groove for PCB support.
The double groove rail has molded support fingers to reduce heat transfer. The DG rail has titanium fingers to support PCB’s with components close to the edge. The single clip rail has adjustable clips to add holding where needed on a variety of PCB’s. Finally the front edge solder dam eliminates the risk of PCB flooding and helps to reduce or eliminate PCB warping.
